It is by far one of the few healthiest foods you can provide for your growing baby. You can give it some additional flavor by simply adding a pinch of salt and lemon juice.
Creamy Avocado Salad Recipe Using Vitamix Blender
It’s creamy, slightly sweet, and very filling. Pour it over a salad and you will feel more full. Best of all, it’s deliciously nutritious.
1 whole avocado
few sprigs of cilantro
1 med. clove garlic
pinch of salt and pepper
Lemon juice – juice of 1/2 a lemon
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Honey 1-2 tbsp
Water
Throw it all in the Vitamix and blend it on high. Add water as needed to get a good salad dressing consistency.
This is one salad dressing you can afford to drench on the salad. You will feel full from your salad meal because of the good fats and it tastes amazing.
If you have waited too long and your avocado is getting too ripe, then it’s going to start turning slightly brownish on the inside. At this point, you shouldn’t eat them. But instead of wasting it and throwing it away, you can create a very effective face mask for it.
Avocado Face Mask
This isn’t really a recipe to eat but its for your face. How many times have you had to throw away your avocado because it became too ripe. well, you can still make good use of it by creating an avocado face mask and your face will thank you for it!
Place one avocado in blender 2 tbs honey, 1 tbs olive oil, 1 tbs lemon juice. Blend and apply immediately for 15 min.
This is an excellent anti-aging, moisturizing mask. Avocado is naturally rich in Vitamin A, C, and fatty acids.
