However, many people must put more effort into treating their acne. Unfortunately, simply using the right cream may not be enough to tackle your stubborn kind of acne. This is because acne is not just a result of surface impurities. It often arises from your toxicity levels of the body, and the only way to get rid of the acne is to rid yourself of these toxins, first.
Even your state of mind can result in toxicity, with stress being one of the biggest causes of acne. These toxins accumulate when your internal organs are unable to fully eliminate the toxins produced in your body. Since your skin is your biggest organ, the toxins will be eliminated through the pores of your skin. It’s an automatic mechanism that your body relies on to keep your blood, organs, and other tissues healthy. Excessive toxic levels in the body will cause acne as the toxins escape through the pores of your skin.

Step 1: Keep your face clean
If you use makeup, stop. Makeup irritates the skin and clogs the pores of your face. This causes acne. The chemicals in makeup causes skin irritation are: mineral oil, parabens, mineral oil, and propylene glycol. If you’ll look at the makeup’s label, you can see if any of these ingredients are in your makeup. Not only will you find these chemicals in makeup, they are in sunscreen and soap, too. Try to find a water based makeup, rather than an oil base.
When you finally find a water based makeup that doesn’t irritate your skin, use it in light amounts only. When you wash your face, be sure to use Castile hand soap or liquid soap, or pure glycerin soap. If you use soap with the above mentioned chemicals, it will irritate your skin and make the acne worse. Be careful, too, to wash your face 2 or 3 times a day, but don’t over-wash it. Over-washing your face can dry it out and strip it of protective oils. This only makes the condition worse.
After you have gently washed your face, gently pat it with a warm, clean towel. This opens the pores so that the toxins come out more easily, and increases circulation to the skin so that it can heal better. When a pimple is ready to burst, just scrub it lightly, and, once it’s open, just gently wash away the pus. Don’t pick at it or scratch it, because it can leave scarring. Don’t scrub hard, because you irritate the skin and allow more pollutants in. The hot towel technique should only be used two or three time a week.
Remember, too, to keep your hands off of your face. Every time you touch your face, you spread the bacteria already on your skin, and add bacteria from everything you’ve touched. Try to refrain from resting your chin in your hands, or leaning your cheek in your palm, because this contact can cause a breakout. Also, sleep on your back. If you keep your face off of the pillow, it will help clear your acne. Also, if you will take Colon Cleanse Tablets, your body will flush toxins more easily before they get to your skin.
